Welcome to the Sun City Anthem Pool/Billiards Club

The Billiards Club is a social organization whose purpose is to promote interest in all cue sports. We invite and encourage residents of all skill levels to join our club. Club Officers are: Cheryl Kraft, President; Crystal Whitehead, Vice President; Hank Stuckrath, Treasuer; and Beth Weddle, Secretary.
Our current activities include:
1) league: a handicap-style, Tuesday evening 8-ball league, and a Thursday evening 9-ball league. This handicapped tournament play is open to all skill levels.
2) eight-player tournaments beginning at 12pm or 1pm on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Sign Up here to play.

We are also offering lessons, followed by social play, to women interested in learning how to play pool or improving their game. Personal/private lessons are available. Please call Cheryl Kraft, (716) 523-2376, if interested.We hold quarterly meetings throughout the year to discuss issues of interest to our members.

The Billiards Room in Independence Center is open to all residents when the centers are open. If you have never played pool, join us, and you’ll discover it’s a lot of fun. There are seven-foot and nine-foot tables available for open play, as well as a carom table and a snooker table. There are also tables in the gallery at Anthem Center.
